"I
highly recommend Wilderness Awareness School to people who care about
children and the earth, and those looking for a meaningful and inspirational
educational model."

How
do you become a skilled outdoor instructor and mentor?
With the publication of
Coyote’s
Guide, and the rise of the No Child Left Inside movement spurred
on by Richard Louv and others, we are focusing our efforts on our
Art
of Mentoring and
Coyote
Mentoring workshops. These help meet the demand for experiential training
so that teachers, parents and outdoor educators have an opportunity to
experience the magic of
Coyote’s Guide first-hand, while
also learning how to bring it back to their community.
